22+ Polaris Pro R Turbocharger Kit 300-500hp

This is a tuner kit or kit with options to buy hoses, lines, and tuning with injectors - to turbocharge your Polaris Pro R.

This kit includes a Garrett GT2871r turbocharger, muffler replacement up pipe, turbo exhaust pipe 3”, all stainless with v - bands for mounting, and an aggressive tear drop outlet. You will need to source your own lines to the turbocharger - we include directions of what to source, injectors, and tuning. If you choose the all included package you will have to send us your ECU and we will send you an HP tuners flasher to flash your car with a base tune for pump gas. If you want more power than that, we can talk about stand - alone systems for 450+ HP or we can tune the car with HP tuners.

A water to air intercooler capable of 500+ HP, heat exchanger, and all charge piping  in between the turbocharger - intercooler, and powder coated wrinkle black.

installation time is 5-6 Hours with basic hand tools, no cutting of your bed is required, you will have to trim Your factory radiator shroud to fit hoses to the intercooler, and pump. You also need to know how to wire a relay, or already have a switch panel installed. This kit is definitely capable of being installed by any DIY level of service, it is BOLT ON!!! No major cutting or fabrication required.

expect about 325hp with our base tune at 7psi. 91-93 octane *260whp*

400hp at 15psi * 340whp On octane boosted fuel using boostane

and 450hp *390whp* on 18psi with e85. 

we also have options to drop compression with a head gasket for more boost with less octane fuel if you live somewhere where e85 or race fuel isn’t easily accessible.
